How does institutional billing work?
We offer invoice billing with purchase order support for NHS trusts and universities. Annual contracts with upfront or quarterly payment options are available. No credit card required for institutional accounts.
Is VAT included?
Prices shown are exclusive of VAT. UK organisations will be charged 20% VAT. Education institutions may be eligible for VAT exemption on certain elements.
Can we add or remove seats?
Yes. Seat count can be adjusted at any time. Additions are prorated for the remainder of the billing period. Reductions take effect at the next renewal.
What onboarding support do you provide?
Department and Enterprise plans include dedicated onboarding: a walkthrough session for the admin, a group introduction for clinicians, and written getting-started materials tailored to your team’s workflow.
Do you offer free licences for DClinPsy training programmes?
Yes. We offer complimentary institutional licences for DClinPsy and ClinPsyD training programmes. Contact us to discuss a partnership.
What compliance documentation is available?

Can Formulate integrate with existing NHS systems?
We are building toward interoperability with NHS systems. Currently, data can be exported in standard formats. If your service has specific integration requirements (e.g., with RiO, SystmOne, or IAPTUS), contact us to discuss.
